Born and raised in Chester, Pennsylvania, Frank E. Porter, Jr. turned words into bridges — connecting communities, entrepreneurs, and dreamers to opportunity. For over four decades, he’s written the stories that helped others build theirs: business plans, funding proposals, books, and digital brands that move people and markets alike.

From the 1980s to today, Frank’s work has empowered Black businesses and nonprofits to thrive. He helped contractors gain union certification under the Leon Sullivan Act, secured million‑dollar contracts for minority enterprises, and built PhillyGhostWriter into a trusted creative engine for community growth. Every project carries the same mission: to help our people build, grow, and win.

The Birth of PorterHouse VirtualPress & AI
When the world shut down in 2020, Frank reinvented his craft. Through PorterHouse VirtualPress LLC, he created digital tools to help entrepreneurs rebuild from home. After surviving a heart attack, he transformed recovery into creativity — launching PorterHouse AI and WEBBROTHER.ONLINE, bringing artificial intelligence to the Black community as a tool for empowerment and innovation.
